How can I find out what number my viper truck is?

I have a 2005 commemorative edition Dodge Ram srt 10 viper truck, it's missing the plaque and I wanna know what number my truck is. I know they made 200 of them. Does anyone know how I can get the missing plaque and how can I find out what number my truck is ?
