Default Well the Cadillac is gone

It just barely made a year before it was replaced.

Not long after we bought the CTS-V it got hit on the freeway with a piece of tire debris that flew over from the other direction and it left a little ding in the hood.

Been meaning to get it taken care of but never seemed to have the time, so since I'm off this week we took a ride down to Olympia yesterday to have one of those paintless dent removal places see if they could do it, and if so how much.

Then we decided that as long as we were down in that area on HWY 101, we would continue on and go to the coast for lunch.

It was kind of windy at the coast and you could hear the wind whistling around the Ultra Moon Roof. I hated that thing from day one as it was noisy.

The V also had a lot of road noise caused by suspension and tires.

One the way home Karen said she did not want to take the car on vacation next August when we go to Lake Tahoe. I said we can take the Jeep, but it will probably be hot in Death Valley as the AC is not the best in the world, and it's also hard on my back.

She made a few more comments and then it was, why don't we get another Infiniti.

So we now have a new 2015 Infiniti QX70 in the garage to replace the CTS-V.

I must admit, it is a whole bunch more comfortable and quieter. But is sure lacks in power compared to the V.

Oh well, sacrifices have to be made.

Nah, we leased it so no money is going into it.

If we find a place to buy for retirement in Prescott next year we will keep it and sell the Jeep. If we decide to go with a motorhome for a while, we will just turn the Infiniti in and keep the Jeep to tow behind the motorhome.

We now have vehicles that will fit whichever way we decide to go.

I have family in Prescott and Prescott Valley that visit a couple times a year. Maybe one of these days I can buy you lunch.

Why thank you for the offer, but first we have to decide if we really want to live there.
