It has been suggested on www.thevipergarage.com that I do certificates for those that have won a TOTM/TOTY. I can do that, for the same price as the Registry Certificate (no free versions). Is what I would use is the photoshop for that month, print it off, put the VTR/VR seal on it and mail it
