I sent them all the Ralph Giles and SRT hoping they will be like smart pills and they can use there influence to wake the VCA up.
That means everyone would ahve to start over at zero |

Ralf Giles sent them back. he said the VCA is being managed with the upmost professionalism and there is nothing they can do to help make it better (well, excpt for starting over)
