Wiki or Message Board
 

OK, just not enough time in the day to do both. So for the Registry stuff, would it be better served to bring the Wiki as current as possible, or make the Message board the focus and kill the Wiki.

The Wiki is kinda cool, but does it really serve the intended purpose. The message board is better, there is at least interaction. Over the next 30 days I will be giving this some thought

Since you are the guy doing ALL of the work the answer kinda falls on your shoulders. i can see where the frustration would drive me nuts but I think that a lot of closet owners use the data and enjoy looking it up.

Another good day..... Changes are in the works on both the Wiki and Forum, some links may not work as a lot of things are getting moved around. The Forum will still be at www.viperregistry.com, however, the Viper Truck Registr Wiki is getting moved to the root and the Viper Wiki is well, getting moved, just not sure where. I'm also going to start requiring a log in to the Wiki and the the Registry part of the Forum will be for contributors only. The Off topic part of the Forum will remain the same. This will all happen over the next month or so. I might even start using FB us my update area instead of Registry News. I figure this reduces what I do bu over half and as requested, both the Wiki and forum stay open... I've also started purging login s that are unused for longer than 6 months. I don't need to be like other forums that count members, Active members are the only ones that count

Lots and lots of bots and about nothing else. The changes will make it much easier for me. I will add data at a rate that is comfortable to me and becuase Rick, Wifey, Includemeout and Brat are the only ones that can see what I'm not doing, no one will really notice LOL

The Wiki is also going Private, folks will need a login to see whats there. Sure, I'm being a prick and quite frankly I don't care.

and the best part, I still get to listen to tunes from my favorite DJ
