OK, I think I have a design I will be using...

Still can't get the plaques to upload ... Says not allowed to upload animated ....How did Jelms get them on his?

I changed it back ,,, really busy on my screen .... Need to look into it more ....Is that what everyone see's in the forum ,,, or only on the 1 profile page ?

Can you replace the Flag with my existing avatar and a light blue back ground leaving everything else intact from the sig plaque.. non animated ,,, So I can use it for a new avatar ?

The gold would have to be a different color and your avatar shrunk down to the size of the flag would be a black square.....
