Brat, you would be considered Registered.

Is what I'm considering is that Guests will need to be registered (have a username and login to the board) before being able to view registry information. I have several guest each day that are not bots or spiders.

Currently, I make people register now to have access to the Post Ho area(s)

Jeff is there some sort of a problem with having guest checking out the site ? Lurkers tend to be on all forums,,,, I would think it may limit interested people from joining who wish to be anonymous ...:shrug:

I guess that is why I'm asking. It's hard to tell if there is growth or just the same few checking things out. I guess I figure a screen name doesn't remove someone really being anonymous, but the fact there is now an email located deep within the bowels of the site, that may be a problem for some. The News sections would still be visible to guest and so would the contributers.

just not sure the best course.

So in answer to your question, no there has never been a problem or will there be a problem with those that just like to read a few things here and there and visit every once in a while.
