Non-Registered Vipers and Viper Trucks

Probably going to start laying the ground work for that tonight. I thould be a lot of work, but will help in the long rung.

Is what I plan on is doing a sub forum under each current forum for unregisted vehicles. As info is found and they can be registered, they will be moved accordingly

Ground work done, now have 1059 Trucks added.. Off to a really good start to include the calendar....
